Shipping policy

Important Note | Deliveries are currently delayed across all courier services and may take up to 7 days longer than usual. Please check below for our only delivery option for the following zones: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands.

1. UK MAINLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY

We offer the following delivery options:

  • FREE local delivery within a radius of 9 miles from the shop address (includes Dunbar, Haddington, and Longniddry): NØRDEN, 82 High Street, North Berwick, East Lothian, EH39 4HF.
  • Standard delivery for all orders under £50 (EXCLUDES: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands)
  • FREE delivery for all orders over £50 (EXCLUDES: NØRDEN Curates art collection | ALSO EXCLUDES: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands)
  • Swift delivery optional for £8.95 (EXCLUDES: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands)
  • Zoned delivery for all orders to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands.

If you place your order before 12:00 midday and the items you are ordering are in stock, we will normally pick and pack for dispatch the same day. If you are purchasing NØRDEN Curates art for posting please choose Standard or Swift delivery only or you will be contacted to pay the difference before we dispatch. If you are purchasing for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Highland & Islands please choose Zoned delivery only or you will be contacted to pay the difference before we dispatch.

2. STANDARD DELIVERY BY COURIER

We are currently working on choosing a preferred delivery partner, so our services are subject to change. Our typical delivery window is 2 working days from the time we receive your order, for items that are pre-order these will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NØRDEN only ships within the UK & NI at present, please contact us if interested in international shipping.

4. WELCOME DISCOUNT CODES & SHIPPING

Please be advised that our new customer discount codes may not be used on furniture or large (heavy) items (or in conjunction with SALE or discounted items), should you wish to check ahead of placing your order then please contact us at hej[at]norden.online.

5. FAQ

When will I know my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking details if applicable. The delivery service may contact you directly to confirm the day of delivery, depending upon the courier service used.

Do we deliver items separately?
I’m afraid not, if you have ordered multiple items or your order includes an item on pre-order, the complete order will be sent to you as soon as we have stock. If this proves to be an issue, then contact us to discuss further. If you want your items separately (quicker) you will need to place separate orders and as such pay separate shipping.

When can I expect my order?
We provide you with the times on our site, and all being well these are met on most occasions. Our average turnaround is 2 working days if ordered by 12.00, for the Highlands and Islands it may take a bit longer. In most cases our services are trackable. If you are in any doubt please drop us an email to hej[at]norden.online and we can explore other options. When situations occur such as weather or delays with our courier we will endeavor to keep customers informed, but a refund of postage will not be offered under such circumstances for situations outwith our control.

What if I am not in when you deliver?
With Royal Mail you would receive a While You Were Out Card, this allows you a couple of options such as redeliver or local collect. For other couriers, you can advise them directly and they will either redeliver or deliver as advised by you.
